At Modern Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your health and beauty products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Returns initiated after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty products, cosmetics, or skincare items
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Personal care items that have been opened
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Your safety and satisfaction are important to us.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging
- Ship the return using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion by your financial institution.
