Product Care During Shipping

We take special care in packaging our health and beauty products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Temperature-sensitive products are packaged with appropriate materials when necessary. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please allow the full estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your products.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses, and delivery times may vary.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes. You may need to follow our return process if you wish to make changes after shipment.
